A Chat with Marcin Maciejewski: Founder and CEO of DelayFix, Poland's Largest Consumer Claims Platform - on AI and Access to Justice in European Consumer Law

This week, Stephen Ibaraki has an exclusive interview with Marcin Maciejewski.

Marcin MaciejewskiMarcin Maciejewski is the Founder and CEO of DelayFix, Poland's largest consumer claims platform, which he has built over twelve years into a legal-tech operation processing approximately 50,000 cases per year. DelayFix pioneered the claim-assignment model in Central and Eastern Europe, combining an in-house legal team with increasingly AI-driven case handling to enforce consumer rights at scale - from EU air passenger compensation to consumer credit remedies.

Marcin's broader thesis is "justice infrastructure for CEE": the conviction that access to justice - UN SDG 16 - is fundamentally a scaling problem that technology, litigation finance, and AI can solve. Where individual consumers face asymmetric battles against airlines and banks, DelayFix aggregates thousands of small claims into enforceable, economically viable portfolios, turning rights that exist on paper into remedies that arrive in bank accounts.

He is a member of YPO Poland and the Abundance360 community, and is actively transitioning from operator to allocator, building the capital and legal architecture for consumer justice platforms across Central and Eastern Europe.
