Dr. Marta P. Estarellas is the CEO of Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech, a Barcelona-based full-stack quantum computing company pioneering deployable quantum computing through analog superconducting processors and full-stack digital-analog hybrid quantum architectures for the future of HPC centers and hyperscalers.

Before joining Qilimanjaro back in Spain, Marta held an academic position at the Global Research Center for Quantum Information Science at the National Institute of Informatics in Tokyo. She earned her PhD in Physics from the University of York (UK), with prior studies in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Theoretical Quantum Chemistry, and Computer Engineering across Europe, the USA, and Japan. Today, she is one of the few women globally leading a quantum technology company.
