A Chat with Rosalyn Breedy: Managing Director of Breedy Henderson; member of the Integrity and Ethics committee of the Chartered Institute of Securities Investment, a member of Bristol Innovations board (a committee of the University Executive Board and advisory to UEB); former associate fellow of Said Business School Oxford University

This week, Stephen Ibaraki has an exclusive interview with Rosalyn Breedy.

Rosalyn is Managing Director of Breedy Henderson and a UK Corporate, Funds and Financial Services lawyer. She is an experienced private company and public listed investment company Non-Executive Director currently sitting on the board of Lanware Ltd an IT Managed Service Provider specialising in financial services.

Rosalyn has 30 years of experience working in legal private practice, investment banking and at a multi-family office.

Rosalyn has a particular interest in sustainable private and public markets, advising family offices (on governance, succession, and investment structures ), financial regulation and financial policy work alongside innovation, ESG (environmental, social and governance), diversity and inclusion, and she regularly writes and speaks on these matters. She is a member of the Integrity and Ethics committee of the Chartered Institute of Securities Investment, a member of Bristol Innovations board (a committee of the University Executive Board and advisory to UEB) and a former associate fellow of Said Business School Oxford University.

Rosalyn specialises in advising an international client base of family offices, trustees, private capital investors, private wealth managers and entrepreneurs (particularly private equity, hedge fund principals, fintech businesses) and city and other professionals. She provides clients with a uniquely holistic approach to financial services, regulatory, funds and commercial advice, and she has a keen interest in the development of new products and business models focused on innovation and technology. Rosalyn also establishes private funds, advises family offices and fund management businesses and acts on a range of venture capital, private equity, corporate and joint venture deals.
