Jeff Shon serves as CEO, COO, fund manager, and due diligence lead for REDDS Capital.

Prior to becoming involved in the venture capital industry, Jeff worked in management within both the corporate finance and compliance & disclosure groups of the TSX Venture Exchange. Jeff also previously worked at a Canadian national law firm, with a focus on securities law.

Outside of REDDS, Jeff serves as a director of Quest Pharmatech Inc. (TSXV) and its subsidiary, Oncoquest Inc., companies involved in later stage oncology drug development. Jeff is also an active thought leader within his local startup community, regularly speaking with entrepreneurs at all stages of development.
