This week, Stephen Ibaraki has an exclusive interview with Dr. Wouter Bronsgeest.

Dr. Wouter BronsgeestDr. Wouter Bronsgeest is chair of the Royal Dutch Association for IT- and Information Professionals (KNVI). He participates as the country representative in the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP). He is one of the members of the management team of the IT Department of the Netherlands Tax and Customs Administration (NTCA). As a director he is responsible for a team of senior experts that provide management consultancy services for the IT Department, including topics like GDPR, information processes, Service Level Management and IT- and process innovation. He is also responsible for Programme- and Project management team that takes care of the organisational change programmes of the department. His expertise is in strategic development, business and IT alignment, governance and change management. Wouter is a senior researcher at the Centre for eGovernment Studies of Twente University, and program manager of the Digital Leadership programme at Nyenrode Business University.

Smart HumanityWouter is author of many blogs and articles, and is known as editor of a number of books about the evaluation of IT-projects, the information professionals 3.0, and, most recently, the Smart Humanity book of KNVI.
