Florian Kemmerich, Managing Partner at Bamboo Capital Partners, Founder of Ryan-Kay and board member of numerous organizations, holds a Master of Science in Marketing at GSBA and leverages his extensive background on catalytic capital technologies, life sciences, fundraising and personal development to help impact investing in and building meaningful organizations tackling the world's biggest challenges.

His background includes success in leading business transformations and raising hundreds of millions of dollars for funds and companies. In particular, he is passionate about technology leapfrogging poverty, impact investment and effective personal development methodologies to create high-performance organizations, whereby many members have become successful executives and entrepreneurs themselves.

Florian's partnerships include: the UNCDF, IFAD, EU, WorldBank, CARE & SmartAfrica. He is Chair of the Planet Action Network at the Young Presidents' Organisation (www.ypo.org) and has held executive positions at Parter Capital, Olympus, SBi (Stryker) and B.Braun.
